01The old story

The homepage that tried to be everything

Ten service areas. Twelve client types. Seventeen service links. The practice knew exactly how to help health systems govern AI safely ... and built a homepage that buried that expertise under every other thing the firm could conceivably do.

Their own leader called it "a hodgepodge" and "random acts of content." No point of view, no urgency, and the only ask on the page was a limp "Let's Talk." The content earned impressions. It didn't convert.

We gave them a spine: Assurance is earned in motion. One proven move at a time. We named the shift their buyers are living through ... Yesterday's IT Playbook to Today's AI Playbook ... and we named the villain: force-fitting a brand-new, probabilistic technology into a governance model built before AI existed.

The practice reviewed the narrative direction and approved it in June 2026 ... the same leadership that called the old page a hodgepodge.

We delivered the work through a partner, and PitchKitchen stays invisible to the client ... naming the practice takes a yes from the partner and a yes from the practice, and until both land, this page runs anonymized. There's no conversion metric on file yet, and we won't pretend otherwise.
